World Environment Day – Yamuna River Cleanliness & Tree Plantation Drive

On the occasion of World Environment Day, Victorious Foundation actively participated in a Cleanliness and Tree Plantation Drive at the Yamuna River (ITO Ghat), New Delhi. The initiative aimed to promote environmental conservation by encouraging citizens to protect air, water, and soil while keeping the Yamuna River clean.
The campaign was organized in collaboration with Friends of Yamuna Foundation, Namami Gange, Yamuna Task Force, the Indian Army, and other supporting organizations. Volunteers carried out a riverbank clean-up drive, planted saplings, and spread awareness about reducing pollution and preserving natural resources.
Community members, volunteers, environmental activists, and distinguished guests joined the event and emphasized that protecting rivers and the environment is a shared responsibility. The program inspired participants to adopt sustainable practices and contribute towards building a cleaner, greener, and healthier future for generations to come.
